Summer Fair volunteers

Dear Parents and Carers,

The PA is currently planning a Summer Fair. 🍔🌭🍭🍦

The Fair is taking place on Saturday, 8th June 2024 between 12am and 4pm at the school.

Once again we will need volunteers - we are asking for 1 hour of your time, however of course you can help us with multiple shifts.

We would also encourage dads to volunteer - we have over 90 slots to fill in total! 🕺🏼

There are also some slots available to year 6 children - all hands on deck!

We have assigned parents of each year with a stall as follows (you can of course choose a different stall if you wish to):

- Nursery Teddy Tombola

- Reception Cakes/tea/coffee stand

- Year 1 Bottle Tombola

- Nursery and Year 1 jointly Games

- Year 2 Bar Popcorn/candly floss stand

- Year 3 Bar

- Year 4 Inflatables

- Year 5 and Year 6 jointly BBQ

- ⁠Children Year 6 (30 minute slots) Tattoo and Hair stand
