Volunteering with the PA

Dear All,

We hope you've had a fabulous weekend.

The St Mary's Parents Association is a registered charity. Throughout the year we run such events as November fireworks, Christmas events, Mother's and Father's sales, a summer fair, and many more.

Our purpose is to bring the community together and collect money, which we then use for the children.

We are therefore always in need of volunteers.

We ask parents and carers to give us 30 minutes or 1 hour of their time during the events running the stalls, baking cakes or for example checking tickets at the gates.

However, we appreciate your support with other activities. So, if you:

• are a first aider?

• are a DJ?

• can help us with preparing or printing the yearly school magazine?

• can help us with waste collection after events?

• can help us to purchase food, drinks/alcohol, party supplies at discounted prices?

• have a popcorn machine we could use?

• can donate a prize for our Christmas raffle?

• can support us in any other way?
