Dear Parents and Carers,

We have a few exciting events coming up.

Firstly, the PA would like to invite you all to our first meeting of the new school year on 02.10.2023. This is a great opportunity for you to meet us, meet other parents and discuss current school and PA affairs. More details will follow next week.

Secondly, we are in the process of organising our famous Fireworks Night! The display is going to take place on Saturday 04.11.2023 at The Oaks (poster attached). Tickets will go on sale online on Friday 29.09.2023. There is a limited number of tickets so watch this space and grab yours quickly!

Meanwhile, we are looking for volunteers to help us with the stalls. All we ask for is 30 minutes of your time between 6pm and 7pm on the day. We offer free entry to all volunteers. Please use this link https://volunteersignup.org/HERWW to sign up.

Thirdly, the PA is organising a costume sale on 06.10.2023. For this purpose, if you have a costume to donate, please drop it off at the office by the end of September. We are looking for:

• Christmas Jumpers

• World Book Day costumes (which can be used for the World Book Day in October)

• Any costumes used by the children for special days throughout the year, such as Victorian Day, Stone Age Day, Mayan Day etc (full list to be provided)
